Popular Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola has sparked laughter online after jokingly questioning the source of his colleague Femi Adebayo’s wealth during the launch of his new media facility in Lagos State.

On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Femi Adebayo unveiled Euphoria 360Hub Studios in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, marking another milestone in his career as an actor, filmmaker and entrepreneur.

The launch attracted several prominent figures in the Nigerian entertainment industry, with celebrities, family members, friends and colleagues turning up to celebrate the achievement. The facility also drew attention for its size and the range of production services it offers. 

Euphoria 360Hub Studios is a modern film and media production facility featuring the 568-square-metre Adebayo Salami Studio, designed for computer-generated imagery (CGI) and green-screen productions, and the 385-square-metre Aribidesi Studio, which caters to commercial shoots, brand campaigns and video productions.

The facility also houses a sound studio equipped with a 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos system, alongside editing suites, visual effects services, cinema-grade equipment rentals, content distribution, media consultancy, advertising and public relations services.

It also provides spaces for movie premieres, music video shoots, weddings and other private events.

Speaking at the launch, Odunlade Adekola expressed excitement over his colleague’s achievement but humorously questioned whether Femi Adebayo was truly making his money as an actor, given the scale of the establishment.

The actor’s remark drew attention to the impressive facility, while he went on to praise Femi for the achievement, describing it as a welcome development for the Nigerian entertainment industry rather than a benefit for the Adebayo family alone.

The facility was commissioned by Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, who joined Femi, his family members, friends and industry colleagues at the event.

Speaking about the project, Femi described the hub as the realisation of a vision he had nurtured over time. He also expressed gratitude to everyone who supported him throughout the journey.

The unveiling of Euphoria 360Hub Studios marks another step towards expanding film and media production infrastructure in Nigeria’s growing creative industry.
